Matt Stephens is a visionary leader with over 30 years of experience in the wealth management industry. A graduate with a Bachelor of Economics, majoring in Business Law, Matt is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). His deep-rooted expertise in structural and investment advice has propelled TMS Capital to the forefront of financial advisory services.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to innovation and bespoke client service, Matt founded TMS 20 years ago alongside Aaron McMurray. Under his leadership, Matt not only oversees the management and operations of TMS Capital but also co-manages the TMS Capital Australian Share Fund. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Business Degree in Finance and Economics with a sub-major in Organisation and Management and she loves helping our clients. Barbara is known around the office as the glue that holds everything together.
Barbara finds the opportunity to alleviate the stress of managing superannuation and related administrative tasks for clients the most rewarding aspect of her job. Her extensive experience in superannuation client services allows her to navigate the complexities of the field with ease, offering clients peace of mind and enabling them to focus more on their lives and less on paperwork.
With three decades of experience, Jeremy is known for his ability to simplify complex financial issues and ease the natural concerns that come with financial decision-making.
Jeremy’s career in direct equity investing, including time spent on the trading floor of the ASX, has given him a deep understanding of how wealth is truly created—by embracing uncertainty rather than fearing it. His formal qualifications, which include a Bachelor of Economics and advanced finance and investment studies, further enhance his ability to guide clients through the complexities of investing.
